Good for small use

There were three things I was looking for in kitchen cuts. 1) Easy to move as we don't have space on the counter to leave it. 2) A decent blade that cuts easily and maintains desired thickness throughout the cut no matter how thin it is. 3) Easy to clean. #1 and #2 were especially important to me because I want to use this for small slicing jobs without spending a lot more time getting it back to where we keep it and cleaning it up than it actually is. took to do my cut. I figured I would have to spend a few hundred bucks to implement all three features and then I came across this Techwood slicer. I read review after review. I specifically chose the 1 and 2 star ratings to understand what people see as the negative aspects of this food slicer. After I finished reading I put this slicer in my shopping cart and have been happy with it ever since. I wanted to use my slicer in a variety of ways before I thought about it, so it took me about a month and a half to put it through various slicing jobs. As examples I have sliced a whole Genoese salami, hot oven roast beef, leftover cold roast beef, homemade white bread and cheese. It cuts all the thicknesses I wanted with ease. I love thinly sliced cold cuts, salami and roast beef were perfect for me. This product did everything I was looking for in a slicer. I highly recommend.
