Bought these for the Rock 'n' Roll garage. While they are definitely not exposed to the elements, they will be exposed to extreme high and low temperatures. They are very durable and well built. The sound is amazing. They don't seem to distort the sound at high volumes. Know what it is before you buy and cry. They're meant for your patio or garage, not the stadium. If you buy them for around $50 a pair, you will be very satisfied. I hooked it up to a cheap Chinese BT solid state receiver (about the size of an old car radio) and the thing blew my mind! The purchase is worthwhile. Even if they only last a few seasons (I think they will last longer), they're worth it.
