Review on 🍳 Cuisinart French Classic Tri-Ply Stainless Cookware Set - 13-Piece, Silver by Gloria Blue

This is the best cookware purchase I have made and over the years I have purchased many good cookware of all types. Lately I've been frustrated by the slacking design and manufacturing standards of even more expensive lines of cookware compared to what I bought from Sae manufacturers 25-30 years ago when I first became a serious home cook. The most notable change that has taken place during this time has been an almost universal reduction in the thickness and weight of even the most expensive products. Consequently, they're less consistent when cooked than the beefier cuts I cooked first. But that is not the case with this product: the quality is evident from the moment you hold it in your hands. The weight is heavy - in a good way - because so much metal has gone into this part. It's significantly thicker than the standard three-layer Cuisinart (I also have several pieces from this line). This is the thickest stainless steel cookware I have! The French craftsmanship is absolutely flawless, there is not a single flaw. It's totally comparable to, and in my opinion superior to, comparable All-Clad products, which I've always thought were overpriced (although I've bought a few over the years). That's half, maybe a third, the price of a comparable All-Clad! It is so beautiful and classic that even for a fine dining experience it fits right on the dining table and looks simply stunning. Tonight after I got the herbed chicken I browned it on the stove and then put it in the oven to finish cooking. He worked great. Thank you Cuisinart for creating such a quality range of cookware. Until recently, I wasn't aware of Cuisinart's French Classic line. I will be buying more very soon.
