Review on 🔍 Tile Mate (2016) - 1 Pack - Discontinued: Find the Best Deals by James Hounds

Definitely the worst tile. I bought a Tile Mate to replace my old Gen 1 Tile. My Gen 1 was phenomenal, worked absolutely every time I called it from my phone and even lasted about 15 months. Now back to Tile Mate. Worked great for 2 months, after that when I tried to call Tile Mate from my phone it made no sound. Always handy, or "close by" as the app says, but made no sound even with the Tile Mate in hand next to my phone, so pretty much useless when I was actually looking for my keys. I contacted Tile and after going through their procedures to find out if Tile is working properly when it isn't, Tile is dead quiet. Absolutely terrible customer service. Letters for a refund or a new Tile Mate went unanswered, total radio silence. I loved the original Tile but after the Mate performance I will never buy a Tile again. I definitely do not recommend this product as it will let you down when you need it to actually do what it is designed to do. Save money and look for an alternative! Zero stars if I could!
