Great product that has helped us significantly reduce costs and streamline the way we interact with our customers. It allows us to stay connected with them on a daily basis. We love how easy it is to manage all the tasks related to marketing. My only complaint would be the lack of any kind of customer service, as far as I am concerned, after using the product for over a year now. But other than that, it works perfectly fine! It’s really good at making sure you don’t forget anything when creating your campaigns (which happen often). And it makes tracking everything down very easy. Also, it does an excellent job keeping track of which emails went where – something most email services fail miserably at doing.
