Not a bad product, quite normal quality.
This is a sports supplement, it will be different from the usual tasty and sometimes harmful milkshakes, but only with this you will gain muscle mass! The composition is a very good gainer, even according to video comparisons, it surpasses many manufacturers in terms of price / quality.
- Good composition, convenient packaging with Velcro, looks like flour - very well crushed, no lumps.
- Not all flavors are good of course (like vanilla ice cream), but the creamy cookies are chic, maybe not like a regular cocktail - but for sports nutrition it is more than delicious.
