Review on Kikkerland KT18 Penguin Kitchen Timer by Amy Anderson

I read the reviews and bought it anyway. All in all, oh the penguin is very cute and if you follow the instructions, as several reviews suggest, he will count down, make a clicking noise and ring the bell. My personal problem is the accuracy. As a teacher, I wanted to bring this to school and use it to schedule students' lesson times. That means I only need about 5 or 10 minutes at a time. When I first tried the 5 minute timer it rang after about 2 minutes, kept counting down and just fizzled out. Didn't call after 5. So if you are planning to use it for a short time, it is not accurate enough for you. Returning it was easy, especially through the retailer Revain works with.
