Excellent customer service! When I received my product, one of the duckbill valves was torn, so I wasn't getting an suction. I contacted the seller and they immediately sent me a 4 pack to replace the one defective valve!Also, the tubing is longer than what came with my spectra, which is awesome, it gives me a bit more room to move around when I'm hooked up!
