Ordered two of these coats. big and small. My original rating was 4 stars. My only complaint was the zippers were sticky and stiff for my kids to close and open themselves and it was agony. I literally wrote this review 24 hours ago. My kids have been wearing these coats for less than a week. They have been washed once. And now they are garbage. On both coats the lining of the robes completely unraveled and the inner padding fell out, all over the inside of my washing machine and stuck to everything it was washed with. Grrrrr, this is a complete mess. I wish I had just spent more money on a coat brand I was first getting to know rather than buying these coats only to throw them in the trash a week later. $30 for a week wear is NOT a good deal. A complete waste of time, money and resources. Attention buyers.
