The real answer to the problem is a certificate of the time, but it's hard to justify $150 for a tool I'll one day use on a 220,000-mile 2007 Honda Civic. I chose this set and was not disappointed. A huge thank you to everyone who recommended chip control lubricants. I dipped my tap in red grease and was amazed at the amount of chips stuck to the tool. I flushed with a quart of fresh oil to get rid of the remaining shavings, put in a really good filter until the next change and there you go.
