The user interface is extremely intuitive & easy to use for anyone who has prior experience with any other CRM system. It's also very scalable which allows you to customize it as per your needs. I wish there was more customization options available at this time. At first, we were not able to create custom fields or add our own modules to solve some business problems. However, after contacting BSC support team they helped us out by creating new Custom Fields that solved our problem. We are solving customer engagement issues through this tool.
