Their customer service is amazing - they are always willing to help me if I have questions or concerns; nothing can be said against this great service provider! They do not provide any incentives for using them such as discounts etc., but honestly that's how it should be in their position because you're paying already with your business so why would there need additional payments? As long of an overall good relationship between both parties signal maritime makes sure all my needs are met when it comes down to safety aspects regarding marine operations I have worked in this field of business since 2013 so far no issues. They are very professional and always try to make things work out as well or better than expected. So far they've done great! Their support staff is also amazing - extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their products. If you're looking for someone that will be there when needed, then look no further. We use them primarily for our vessel tracking and safety systems but they do so much more.
