Review on Samsung Galaxy S10E by Akihiko Kichiro ᠌

Revainrating 4 out of 5

I like it, thanks for the quality product.

It is quite disappointing that the current Samsung portfolio does not have a premium compact. I have voiced my displeasure about it in a review of the S9 from a year and a half ago, but the issue has gotten worse since then: the S20e did not release, and the relatively small A40 was replaced with the shovel cannon known as the A41. Because of this, I had to take last year's S10e exam after the S9 unexpectedly died (the back cover ripped off without any obvious precondition; read the old review) (the second phone will definitely be the new small iPhone 12 - here Samsung made the choice for me, there is no other option). The S10e's flat screen is one of its nicer features. What a convenience! The curved screen once had a wow impact on the outside. Nevertheless, after ten generations, it lost interest. Also, functionality suffers. Not all OneUI-branded apps are designed specifically for Edge screens. The flat screen of the S10e has all the curved screen's distinguishing characteristics, including the sidebar and dynamic backlighting, and they function just as well. Also more solid-looking is the "flat" form factor. Another plus: maximum screen brightness has increased much further. The S9 was quite bright, however it presented some challenges in a few circumstances, such as while operating a quadcopter in direct sunlight. There are no issues now or in the brightest afternoon. One of Samsung's outstanding characteristics is its AMOLED displays. Flaws. I took out the LED indicator. Always-on-Display partially mitigates this. The indicator, however, could be seen from a distance, and getting close to the phone is required to see the AoD icons. The iris unlock has been eliminated, which slightly lowers the resistance to break-ins. Message to the young spy: Celebrity is still more powerful than S9, which is a genuine curse for law enforcement. Bixby, once more Well, as much as is practical. Only the lazy did not make him a curse. Bixby scripts are the latest disaster. When a Bluetooth headset is attached, alerts are read thanks to a script I built. Everything functions after connecting the headset. Surprise! I'm disabled! The reading carried on. Support only has experience with one technique, a full hard reset. Basically, don't even attempt. Block Bixby right away, anywhere.

Pros
  • Flat panel. compactness in comparison. kept the mini-jack.
Cons
  • There is no signal. no iris unlock. Bixby.
