Although the model number matches the model number.
Although the model number matches the fan I was replacing, the legs of the heatsink itself were slightly narrower than the heatsink I was replacing and therefore did not fit the motherboard. Luckily I was able to detach the fan from the heatsink and attach it to my old heatsink and it worked for me.
