I have bought and replaced this filter several times without any problems. Simply line up the tabs, push up and twist to the right to snap into place with the label facing out. Well this one is locked in but not leaking so I returned it for a refund. I bought another one and the same thing happened. Upon closer inspection with the filter in place, it turned out that the label on the new filters was rotated 180 degrees - meaning that if you snapped it in place with the label facing out, it didn't work. You must install it with the label side facing out for it to work properly. Maybe someone was having a bad day on the assembly line and wasn't paying attention to how they put labels on it. Designed for interesting conversations that day at the water dispenser.
