I've recently started swimming in the pool several times a week to strengthen my knee after an injury. I noticed the effects of chlorine on my hair and wanted to find a solution, so I tried out some swim caps. Don't think this cap will keep your hair dry (maybe a silicone cap will help if you can get a perfect fit on all sides, but my ears and longer/thicker hair prevent that). The great thing about this cap is that it mitigates the effects of chlorine on your hair. I was skeptical of this claim and it may just be pushing your hair against your scalp, but my hair's chlorine exposure has been noticeably reduced with this cap (yes there is still some chlorine effect, but it seems to be far less). ). The material also allows water to leak out of my ears where my silicone cap catches it.
