I've only used it once since it arrived a few days ago. Our American Bulldog has a very short coat and is running past our house. The product does a good job on dead hair, but this job absolutely needs to be done outdoors - I did it on the patio. Hair that doesn't stick is scattered everywhere. So how do you actually clean it? I just removed as much of his hair as I could and left what I couldn't. Overall works well and is the only way to wear a short coat. The Furminator worked well but our dog didn't like it. Then I read that it can damage the skin, so I ordered it right away. I have a similar vacuum attachment and it picks up hair from car seats or sofas.
