Not impressed. Expensive lock to replace the 3rd 507th which failed. The lock itself works perfectly with the key. The touchpads only work occasionally. Called AP and they said my Duracell batteries were to blame. So I replaced them with the recommended Everready Lithium batteries. Worked about 80% for about 1/2 hour then the 2 bottom buttons stopped working again. I guess I'll give them a call again and see what they come up with. Also, it didn't completely cover the hole of the old lock. I had to seal the gaps with silicone. And you can't see the backlight telling you if it's working in daylight. And you can't hear the beep that the button is working because the beep is inside and not very loud. AND! The lock is closed by turning the key (outside) or the lock handle (inside) from the door frame! Unlike any other castle on the planet! Big bucks for a part-time touchpad lock. Wouldn't buy again but what else is there for motorhome locks?
