Perfect fit! Light! I love this jacket for my son. We still have a heatwave in the southern California desert region so it doesn't wear off on windy nights. Cold winds blow in autumn. This windbreaker is long enough to cover my son's bottom and loose enough for him to wear a hooded sweatshirt underneath. It's not rigid, it moves and folds with you. On the outside of the jacket there are 2 front pockets that close with buttons. And a breast pocket inside. The hood can be closed with elastic cords. This is an amazing feature! My son is 8 years old. 62 pounds and costs 52 inches. It will be a 9 in a few months so I ordered a size 9-10.
