It has four hooks that hook into loops that you need to pull up. Simply lift, hang in and you're done. The hooks and loops aren't very low so things can roll out underneath, but use a mesh bag and you won't have to worry about that. It's definitely worth the $9 I paid, but for $25 it would have been too much.
