That's great. in outdoor holiday decorations
The top spinner is bolted to the base. It took me a while to figure out why it wasn't spinning. I was too careful and didn't tighten it tight enough. The top spinner has come loose from the screw that attaches to the base. It's ok, although it turns well and you don't have to screw the base every year, just mount the top and you're good to go. Pumpkins glow at the base. I gave four stars because the top spinner doesn't attach well to the top screw.
