I've wanted to buy a dumpling cooking set for a long time, but I hesitated. I make empanadas the old-fashioned way with Goya slices, but I wanted to make them from scratch for better, healthier empanadas. This set is the best for me. All of the included tools appear well thought-out and of high quality. The included instructions and recipe book are very helpful. I've used it for one recipe so far, Argentinian empanadas, the whole family loved them! The only downside is that I wish there were more recipes in the recipe book, but the ones in there are looking really good now.
