Review on 16oz Double Walled Flip Cap Sports 🚰 Water Bottle - Glasstic Shatterproof Glass Water Bottle by Brian Samuel

This is the second bottle I have bought since November 2014. I'm very picky about my water bottle but had to go back and check it out as I really like it. I use this bottle of water every day. When I need to fly, I put it dry in my backpack so I can take it to my destination. Pros: The plastic keeps the glass from breaking, I'm a clumsy so this is very important to me. It hasn't happened yet and I've dropped it multiple times. The plastic lid and base make a very solid impression. I've even dropped my old one on concrete a few times. There were scratches on the plastic cap, but I used it anyway. - I love that I can drink water very quickly, I forgot how easy it was until I tried other water bottles. - NO LEAKS - enough said - No weird pads or straws Worry about cleaning up. Cons: Condensation can collect between the glass and plastic if the seal between them leaks. - You can clean the inner layer by removing the bottom, but I wouldn't recommend that. I have found that this makes things worse. I bought this in March and only recently had a small amount at the bottom of the bottle. I didn't take out the glass insert, I just unscrewed the bottom and dried that spot. It's definitely the number one thing I hated on my last one, but unfortunately it's about as close as I can drink from a glass on the go and still keep it safe. - The locking mechanism is strange in my opinion. When the lock shows it's unlocked, it's actually locked. It just seems retarded to my brain. I wish there was something at the bottom that said "closed" and had an arrow on it. "Looks like the writing on my new one is probably badly scratched. I have a few smaller ones but we'll see how long that lasts.
