Review on SENNHEISER RS 175 Wireless Headphone System with RF Connectivity by Paul Gim ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I really like the product, it fully meets my expectations.

Can't rate the audiophile specs, just the convenience of TV headphones. Before that, there were Sennheiser RS 110-IIs, which I was very dissatisfied with, mainly due to poor sound insulation due to the design and the fact that they broke after 2 months. What I really liked is that they fit well. You can not only sit in front of the TV in them, but also do some housework and they do not fall off like the previous ones. Starting with 175 models have 2 audio inputs, it is very convenient, you do not need to switch the plug between the computer and the TV, there is a switch on the base. I hope that in the next reincarnation, switching the audio input will be implemented on headphones, otherwise now you have to get up from the couch once again :). Only two shortcomings have been noticed, if your house is warm, then it’s a little hot in your ears, i. E. To be comfortable, the room must be cool. If several people use the headphones, it is inconvenient to adjust without removing. In general, very, very satisfied. Once again, this review is ONLY about convenience.

Pros
  • two audio inputs, good sound insulation, comfortable sitting, no interference, excellent reception within a 3-room apartment through 2 reinforced concrete walls.
Cons
  • it's a little hot in them, and if you find fault, it's inconvenient to adjust without removing it from your head.

In terms of wearing comfort, the RS 175 felt more snug on the head, with more effective noise isolation.
