Convenient and easy to fold
I bought it mainly because I wanted to have a bench that doesn't take tons of space in my garage.This one was easy to assemble, doesn't take a lot of space and you can fold it easily.
Of course, if you are looking for something professional and plan to lift super heavy, you should probably go for something different. But if you are looking for a bench you can easily store it in your garage and it's good enough for probably 90% of the people who work out, this is a good choice.
