Great quality even if it wasn't 2 packs (which is). Well done. Contains 2 replaceable batteries. Easy on/off. Installed a week ago with the strips provided and is holding tight. We only bought it to pass the municipal inspection for our swimming pool. It's incredibly noisy which is great for a home with young children. So if you are, do it. If you only have to pass one inspection - take it too. If you're thinking of using them as a general safeguard, do so with your eyes wide open. In the middle of the night, this will most likely startle an uninvited guest (which is great!), But if there is a chance that the person you want will often call him (because there is no way to delay the noise - it starts as soon as the door /the window is opened) be prepared for the ear-splitting noise. None of this is a downside, but I couldn't figure out 120dB. I looked at videos on YouTube but all the noises were different and 120dB was entirely related to the disruptive nature of the noise measured.
