Works well but hardware not included
wheels work and look good enough but no screws included. None of these are explicitly listed as enabled, but I think it was a pretty safe assumption to include them. Instead, there are several at homedepot. I put them on this table and they seem to spin easily enough. However, the lock is difficult to engage when they are on furniture. It's not impossible, I just had to lay down on the floor to do it.
