Great camera! with storage flexibility and motion tracking. I like that it's not a closed system and you have the option to choose the storage medium and access your video stream directly. I also have an Amcrest NVR and can just plug it in to have all my recordings in one box. It also has pan and tilt functions that give you a wider viewing range. For the price and functionality I would highly recommend what I like 1. Setup/Installation: Setup is easy and straightforward, I had to extend the power supply as the one that came with it was not enough for my needs. . I reused the hooks I had on my previous camera, although one was provided. Pairing: After downloading the app, finding the camera is easy using the search function or fixed IP which is recommended, there are many guides for this depending on your router type.3. Motion Detection: This is configurable for regions, allowing you to exclude areas that aren't of interest. It also has motion tracking, which works well, although it stutters at times4. Quality: 4 megapixel camera with excellent image quality and customizable settings as needed. Night vision is also excellent, if you extend the power supply, make sure enough power is provided, otherwise the IR will flicker5. Storage: You can use an SD card or connect the RTSP stream to a dedicated NVR. Cloud backup available, lots of options I like! 6. IOT: If you are a DIY smart home integrator like me, this works great as the system offers more flexibility like RTSP/ONVIF and also has an API to integrate with other smart home products like! 7. Smart Home Hub: Integrates with smart home hubs so you just want to view streams on that Alexa or Google screen. What I don't like 1. The app (Amcrest Pro View) needs improvement if it works for what it does but could be a lot better.
