Tadpoles love this food!
The food floats for about 10 seconds and then sinks to the bottom. Tadpoles swim there and gnaw on it. It keeps them busy and very interesting to watch. The pieces are small but larger than a tadpole's mouth, requiring several bites before disappearing. The small granules are hard at first and soften after a few minutes. They do NOT cloud the water which is nice. Their manufacturers are a division of Seachem, which is a major player in the aquarium products market.
