It has been really easy to set up and configure, even though we had our initial training from Peoplesoft's support staff it took just about no time at all to setup everything using this tool! The customer service I have received in comparison to other tools such as Change Control or Team Forge was very poor. There are many different modules that can be used within your organization through these applications (Change Management included) that could help streamline workflow, but there isn't enough customization possible once configured; You're limited by what you get out of the box when initially configuring each system/application and then some features will only allow certain configurations which limits functionality. We've seen immediate benefits from having more control over how changes flow throughout the process instead of waiting days before someone reviews them through another software like Jira.
