Best way ever for storing and sharing info between departments

I love that it's super intuitive to use, allows you do version control of your documents in one place instead having them spread out all over different folders/files within my computer (which was what we were doing before). It can be confusing at first but once familiarized there isn't much trouble using this product! We are solving our issue by allowing users access from anywhere as well controlling who has permission when they're not logged into peopleSoft via their computers or phones…

Pros
  • Super simple user interface
  • Can logon with no internet connection unlike other softwares(even Peoplesoftware)
  • Great for managing policy changes across multiple departments simultaneously

  • There are troubles

Great tool for project management and managing files

The best thing about this software from my point of view, it's that I can see all changes to different objects at once in one place instead having them scattered throughout several places like Excel or Word documents etc., This also makes things easier when working between departments since you don't have your work spread around everywhere so easily lost/not easy findable anymore which was something we used to deal wtih before using phires version control system! Sometimes there are some errors

  • Easy way for me keeping track over who did wich task by putting comments next too each line item..etc.also great being able not just look up previous items changed with ease through excel spreadsheet format even though is mostly done within program itself nowdays..and then seeing old versions available still stored safely inside archives folder where original

Difficult configuration for complex environments

It has been really easy to set up and configure, even though we had our initial training from Peoplesoft's support staff it took just about no time at all to setup everything using this tool! The customer service I have received in comparison to other tools such as Change Control or Team Forge was very poor. There are many different modules that can be used within your organization through these applications (Change Management included) that could help streamline workflow, but there isn't…

  • Ability To Set Up Workflows Easily And Quickly In A Flexible Way.
  • Powerful search capabilities across multiple systems with ease.etc etc

  • Reporting is not flexible unless built specifically into application itself

Excellent Tool For Automated Code Change Management

A lot of customization of the tool to suit our specific needs, also it's great to be able to schedule maintenance windows when work is not being performed. Also would like to see more new features added. Phire does solve the problem we had - that was versioning/diffing. We are still looking at alternatives due to lack of price transparency. So it's currently something we have to try ourselves as there isn't much information out there in regards to budget / cost. Not really anything other than…

Great Version Control and Change Management tool for teams

I like that it's easy to use, not too complex but powerful enough if you need more power! It integrates well into our CRM system which makes life easier as we can see what has changed in each record without having two separate systems open at once (which would be required otherwise). The UI could do better - some of the changes are difficult or impossible from within this app because they're so granularly detailed. We've been able to track all kinds of things really easily using phires' version
