According to the size chart I'm everywhere but I think I'll go with the size. I'm 5'7", so I'd be average. The legs were too long. Not ideal, but it doesn't matter much. They tend to sag a bit when I walk. The Baleaf shorts that fit me fit great and don't move. They're also a medium size. My main issue with them is the padding. They're not very good for long trips. Rode them a little over 60 miles and they were uncomfortable most of the time. My "4D" " Padded shorts feel thicker and tighter. Definitely disappointed. Now I will only use them for short trips and look for another brand for longer trips.
