I used this product for sprint triathlon. He performed very well in swimming. I hold everything in place and I didn't feel like it caused any resistance. The water temp was 86 and didn't feel overheated. I felt very comfortable while running. Only criticism can be a naming convention for sizes. I'm 2.10m tall and like to play sports to stay in shape. It was so psychologically difficult for me to buy something labeled 2XL! I wish it was called something else for my ego. I read other reviews from people in the same height and weight class as me and decided it was the right size. It felt very snug without being restrictive. Great freedom of movement. Anything smaller would not fit.
