Very nervous about purchasing this product after mixed reviews. I got mine in the mail about an HOUR ago, so that's the first impression. The upholstery is made of beautiful faux leather of low and medium quality. I love the rose gold color! Also pleased with the lack of a metal cover that scratches. This adds bulk to the iPad, but I hope it's worth it for the protection and use of the keyboard. I love cute little keyboard. The buttons are really nice to press and press. The letters are stickers so I'm afraid they will rub off. The ENTER key is where the apostrophe goes, so I need to learn how NOT to use an apostrophe when texting or I'll accidentally send an unfinished message! Otherwise, typing is relatively easy for simple things like copywriting and writing this review.3. The keyboard syncs quickly and holds up GOOD. Don't worry about it falling off.4. I'm disappointed that it doesn't automatically turn off the iPad when the case is closed. Maybe I'm doing something wrong.5. Also, I may have misconfigured it because I need to remove the keyboard to use it with the bezel tilted at a reasonable angle. I think together with the Apple Pen this keyboard will really increase the usefulness of my little iPad mini! Now the question is how long will it last. I've seen reports of keys failing fairly quickly.
