100% Stainless Steel This injector is a great purchase for adding even more flavor to meat. Perfect for orange duck and easy to use. People will complain about the lack of instructions, but I've never seen them on the cheap ones I've bought in the past. I emphasize the good material and especially the high quality stainless steel tip, light and sharp enough to penetrate the sometimes hard skin barrier. Great buy at an unbelievably low price.
