This fixture added much needed pizzaz to my otherwise all white room, it really pops! I do love it but.INSTALLATION NOTE: I needed to install it twice, take the plastic off the base portion before installing, it does not come off well after being screwed into the ceiling. We had to take it down so that we could get all of the plastic off.It took a while to string the crystals onto the fixture, l loved the gloves to reduce finger prints and keep everything finger print free and shiny.I did have one chipped "round" crystal and as another reviewer noted, I too was missing a "round" crystal. I left it off the middle string in hopes to find something to replace it. I'd love to know where the other buyer bought their missing crystal
