I ordered this drill in March 2018 for $15.68 after seeing all the 5 star reviews. Maybe they changed the factory that makes them, or maybe someone at the factory is cutting off the corners because that punch was awful! The description for the Revain said it would work with 20 sheets of 20lb paper. I could only "press" 20 sheets. I was able to get it to 10 sheets of 20 pounds, but only with more muscle and some serious torque than I did. (By the way, I'm a 250 lb, 6ft 1in tall male in pretty decent shape.) I have this "Office Deluxe" -Punch sent back the same day I received it. and bought a PaperPro inPRESS 20 3-hole reduced power punch, silver. , Black (2220) instead for $15.99. The difference between day and night! The PaperPro cuts 20 sheets of 20 pounds each with very little effort.
