I recently bought a new AGPTEK clip player to replace my old one (broken clip!). The new model is externally identical. However, it says "Bluetooth 5.0" on the packaging. The instructions are exactly the same, but the new clip player is slightly different. The firmware is from 2020. My old player's firmware was from 2018. --When you play a music file, it goes into "Pause" mode. You have to press the play button. The old player just started playing. -- Switching to Bluetooth mode is completely different. When you are in music mode, you cannot return home by pressing the submenu button. Here's how: In music mode (while the music file is paused), press the back arrow down (Back) and then press the back (Left) button twice. You will go to the MAIN screen. Go into Bluetooth mode and press Enter (middle button). If you have a paired device, it will automatically be paired with this device. Then press the left button, scroll to music mode and press enter. Navigate to Resume Play, then press Enter to toggle from Pause to Play. This all sounds more complicated than it really is. If you use Bluetooth several times, you will find it easy to find your way around. For some reason the shutdown mode is much faster than the old version.
