Works well when installed and used for the first time. But after a week it stopped working. So I didn't use it. I installed it again. It worked. But it only lasted a day or two. I requested an exchange and received an email to contact the RMA department. I have sent an email to the RMA but have not received any further contact. Shouldn't you tell me if you can exchange or not? There is no contact. I had to cancel and exchange the connection. I live in Korea and I don't speak English well. That's the worst.
