This is a good product at a fair price. I got in a hurry ordering it and later realized it was the wrong weight. I contacted Ebay to arrange for a return. Because it was a seller product, not directly from Ebay, I was set up with AtivaFit customer service. In the meantime, I checked AtivaFit.com and learned they they do not accept returns (makes sense as the cost of shipping is so high). I appealed the the customer service agent I worked with and we negotiated a 40% refund and I kept the set. I thought this was quite reasonable. The AvtivaFit agent, Amy, was super professional. She never shut me down by simply saying that they do not accept returns but rather worked out a generous refund. I'll be more careful next time :).
