No o-rings included (or assistance from seller or manufacturer)
This part was exactly the same as mine so it fitted correctly. However, I have asked both here at Revain and on the manufacturer's website to make sure it is the right part for my water softener before ordering and neither the seller nor the manufacturer have had the decency to answer me. Also note that this does not come with O-rings to attach to your device. If you are unsure if your rings are good I recommend buying new ones so you don't have a leak. . This block didn't solve my problem, but it was a lot cheaper than replacing the whole block, so I decided to give it a try.
