This is one of those inventions that make life easier. Follow the directions and in about 5 minutes you will have a safe and strong seal. One set is about a year old, no signs of a leak. And all the seals worked the first time. Which is very important for a water butt because once that hole is cut, you can't cut it again! Caulking a water butt tube is a particularly tricky problem because the tube is on the opposite end of the keg opening, which is too small to easily tamper with internals like nylon washers or nuts. Uniseal eliminates all of this problem as it has no internal components. If only EVERY product did what it says on the tin like these little gems! I found this invention on another site but I bought all mine here and am very satisfied. As a qualifier - I only use them in low pressure applications (rain barrels). I don't know how they behave at higher pressure. But in my case it's BEEZ KNEEZ!
