I'm a baker, but unfortunately not a natural cook. I find the most difficult thing to cook meat that is neither overcooked nor undercooked. The touch test doesn't work for me and I knew I needed a meat thermometer with multiple probes that I could leave in. That way, when I'm preparing multiple individual pieces of meat of different sizes, like chicken breasts, I can pull on each one right after they're done - no questions asked. I'll tell you how it looks! I can finally cook juicy, tender chicken breasts - thank goodness! I love the bluetooth factor because you can sit back and relax while you cook meat in the oven and the app on your phone will beep to let you know when it's done. You just can't venture too far or you'll lose connection. My only issue is that there are 6 sensor slots for 6 readings, but they only give you 4 sensors! I find this odd and would like to have 2 more. Also, I've noticed that all the sensors are at room temperature when I plug them in (before putting them in the meat), but the readings from each sensor are slightly different, which makes me wonder how exactly it is? Although it seems enough that my meat comes out pretty good, I let it go!
