I installed this mailbox in our home in Spring 2012 and 4 years later it still looks as good as it did when it was installed. My wife LOVES the fact that she can open the back door and get her mail without stepping on the curb off the road. Installation was easy, requiring only 4x4 stands in the ground. I dug a hole about 20 inches and filled it with Quikrete and that was enough to make it strong. Weak point when I drove the mower too close to the crate, hooking the crate on the armrest and twisting it to one side. The good news is that the crate bounced back until the original ripped the plastic. Luckily, the mailbox still holds up and looks good unless you look closely or try to push the mailbox aside. My wife didn't even notice until I pointed it out many months later. All in all, this is a great mailbox that will stand up to the elements well and even withstand some excessive outside forces. in plastic I decided it still deserved a 5 star rating.
