One of the most important things to know is that when uploading to IGTV you have to remember to turn off Bluetooth. Your iPhone does not open the keyboard when the phone is connected to the clicker. I think this is definitely a bug they need to fix. It took me a minute to understand that. It's not very stable on the ground and I still need studio lights (actually 2) as it's not bright enough. It's cheap enough so I leave it as it's great to have a clicker to start and stop the video and it holds the phone (as long as I have some weight on my feet to keep it from tipping over). I do not recommend this product. The light just isn't nice or bright enough
