The product is defective, I had to buy it from another seller for less than a month
The product is of very poor quality. Charging is always an issue, after a minute it turns off assuming it's charged and then it's not. I left it charging for a few hours and even just a few minutes to see if it would work but nothing worked. It constantly discharges and works very slowly. It's never sharp either, I changed 2 heads in two weeks with no help. I had to buy a genuine product from another company to replace this thing after a month so I just lost my money on it. I don't recommend anyone to buy this, sorry.
