I've had one of these for years. Worked great until it broke. I'm glad I found another one similar. I hope this one lasts as long as the first one. I liked the charger so the batteries are not a problem.

It's great! I like that I can charge it. Tired of changing the battery in the original brand and the battery contact was strange. This works quickly and smoothly!

I'm only giving 2 stars because it's hard to turn on. I don't know if I've just gone insane, but it's ridiculously hard to turn on. When charged it gets a lot of power and seems to do a good job removing hair.

He cuts his hair. The problem is that you have to change the angle of the device and go through the same hair MULTIPLE times. When I finally got it to cut my hair, it left long, noticeable stubble that other devices do better at cutting smoother against your skin. As a result, I got multiple ingrown hairs. I returned mine.

This product worked perfectly for the first three weeks that I had it. On one occasion the switch wouldn't stay in the on position and I had to hold it there, but I thought maybe there was some dust or something and I cleaned it up as best I could with a small brush that came with the product. The next day I tried to use it it was completely dead and hasn't worked since. This of course happened a week after the return window closed, not that I would most likely be able to return it after use…

Aside from hating having to use it, this is a great beauty tool. I have blonde hair on my body but there is too much of it - hence the need. It's easy to use and works well - be sure to follow directions and use in circular motions. I clean it every time I use it with the little tool that comes with it and it all fits nicely in the carrying case. I can't say how long it will last as I've only had it for 2 months. But I can say that in that time I've only charged it once and use it on my face…

The product is of very poor quality. Charging is always an issue, after a minute it turns off assuming it's charged and then it's not. I left it charging for a few hours and even just a few minutes to see if it would work but nothing worked. It constantly discharges and works very slowly. It's never sharp either, I changed 2 heads in two weeks with no help. I had to buy a genuine product from another company to replace this thing after a month so I just lost my money on it. My wife would have killed me for writing a review on her new shaver but no such luck. At 61, she started growing facial hair that she never had when she was 19. I was afraid of the wire, like the hair that would show up on her chin and a bunch of others that seemed to grow out of nowhere. This shaver cuts stubble easily and quickly. Leaving a silky smooth surface to rub your face on without any significant scarring so I'm giving this new product two thumbs up and good luck ladies and gents.
