I love throw blankets and your design really caught my eye. Yes it was a bit pricey but I love the design so much and the sound of the ceiling in the reviews made me give it a try. And heck, this is my favorite type of material. Soft and thick enough. I didn't want anything too thick or too light. For me it's perfect. The design is beautiful. Reading the reviews I will be extra careful not to snag this blanket. Yes, and as for the smell, the reviews were correct too. Very strong factory smell. I don't care, I'll wash gently and I'm sure it'll be great. I think most people who don't buy it because it might be $20 more than they want to spend are only going to spend a damn $20. besides, it's worth it. Lol Oh and it's great! I love it! My new favorite blanket ♥️♥️♥️Update. After washing on gentle cycle, the smell is 95% gone, and now that it's been in use for several weeks, the smell is 100% gone. I still love it so much!
