I started from scratch because I think these headsets must be £100 or less for what we're getting and it was the best deal I could find could! The charger's plastic casing could be more durable if they charged consumers that much for similar essentials. Other than that, this is my first time using it and I have a 12 hour conference call at work so I can edit my review later. I'm impressed so far. Setup was very easy. I connected it to my VOIP phone and I was gone! The description said something about "USB", but this device connects to the phone's headset port via a regular input from old phone jacks. This model does not have USB. The company produces a USB model, but it's not. I called Revain to confirm it was very helpful before I ordered it and the rep found it for me. I'm currently using the mute feature and I love how it beeps from time to time to remind me I'm on mute. I can go about my business here and the person on the other end of the line can't hear everything I'm doing, but I can still hear what the other party is saying. Home like me, get one!
