Not compatible with phone accessories

This product is not compatible with the phone I was trying to use it with. I actually called Revain's customer service first and the rep told me this shows it is compatible with most phones. I feel like Plantronics needs to be more specific about what types of phones it's compatible with.

Pros
  • Up to eight hours talk time per charge
Cons
  • Upgradeable

MARVELOUS! in Accessories and Consumables

Great sound, very clear, NO static and very loud at high volume! Callers can hear me perfectly and the battery lasts over 8 hours! Loads very quickly and is very light! The exact distance you can get away from the base! I went outside to my car and it still works there, got out through 3 doors, the signal is still on! Love it! :D

Pros
  • Noise canceling microphone filters out background noise
Cons
  • unreliable

We have about 4 of these headphones in our office.

We have about 4 such headsets in our office. We ordered a replacement set and the earpiece NEVER worked. I sent it back to ROCKET SERVICES who approved the refund and all they did was ship it back to me. No note, nothing explaining what's going on. When I called Plantronics for support, I was told that this kit was manufactured in 2012 and is no longer supported.

Pros
  • If the device does not charge, try replacing the battery. The device is compatible with the following brands - Cisco, Avaya, Polycom, At&t and Panasonic
Cons
  • Damaged

Out of production for a reason.

Save time and simply order a newer model. The product said 'New' and it could have been 20 years. The box it came in had obviously been stored for a long time - the earcup's foam padding had completely dissolved in the box. In addition, the headset itself did not charge. When I researched this model, it was the number one complaint (and probably the reason it was discontinued). I bought a newer model (Plantronics CO53) and I really like it.

Pros
  • Noise canceling microphone filters out background noise
Cons
  • Some problems

Great affordable headset

Our entire sales team use the CS50 and have been using this model since 2007. During this time only 1-2 people left us. These are 900MHz models, which are good and bad. Okay, so you get good range and it doesn't struggle with other devices in the higher range of 2.4 gigabytes and up. Too bad the audio quality isn't crystal clear, but with VoIP, SIP and cellular somewhere down the chain, the audio quality is bound to get worse. A NOTICE. They are out of production. If you need more, buy them…

Pros
  • Work up to 100m from your office phone
Cons
  • For seniors

Some work, some don't.

Around the same time I bought FIVE wireless headsets for my office workers. One tried to make it work and finally gave up. She continued to receive audio feedback through the headset even when she was not on the phone. I don't know if something in the walls was causing feedback, but we couldn't fix it, so she turned back to the wired headset. I've been using a headset that it's had issues with and I've got that annoying ripple all the time. feedback. One in five just stopped working this week…

Pros
  • call control at your fingertips; Answer/end call, volume +/- and mute
Cons
  • Slightly dented

An essential headset for those who spend a lot of time on the phone

Call center work, this is a great product that likes more every day. Compared to the cheaper Plantronics headset my employer provided me with, this one wins without a doubt. I get great clarity, great volume control, and no tangled, tangled, or twitching cords during a busy day at the call center. Given the variety of people and call conditions I deal with throughout the day, this call quality control is essential. The soft squeaky voice comes through just as well as the loud, low calls I hear.

Pros
  • call control at your fingertips; Answer/end call, volume +/- and mute
Cons
  • Disappear

Great tool for office productivity!

This was actually the second headset we bought for our office. I liked it so much that we decided to get it for my boss too. The wireless capabilities are especially great if you work in a small office where you often need to multitask to get a lot of work done. I can go to the mailbox in front of the building, go to another office to use the large copier/fax/printer, etc. Make coffee or have lunch in the kitchen, open the storage door for delivery, check at my boss's office. Office for him…

Pros
  • Remote caller ID
Cons
  • Expensive

In general very satisfied! Works great, easy to set up.

I started from scratch because I think these headsets must be £100 or less for what we're getting and it was the best deal I could find could! The charger's plastic casing could be more durable if they charged consumers that much for similar essentials. Other than that, this is my first time using it and I have a 12 hour conference call at work so I can edit my review later. I'm impressed so far. Setup was very easy. I connected it to my VOIP phone and I was gone! The description said something

Pros
  • Up to 100 m from office phone. Up to eight hours of talk time on a single charge
Cons
  • Useless features
